Technical Consultant

MEng, Building Physics - Master’s in Engineering

Mr. Clement Grinon has more than 50 years of international experience within the facade industry, including new built and existing buildings. He has worked in several regions such as France, Germany, Spain, Cyprus, Jordan, Kuwait and Lebanon.

Mr. Clement has specific experiences in bespoke systems design, implementation and fabrications, which helps in reviewing contractor’s shop drawings and resolving site and complex interface issues.

Najib Kiwan

MEng, Construction & Layouts (Building and Public Works) - Structural Engineering
Member in Society of Façade Engineering – MSFE

Mr. Najib Kiwan has master’s in civil engineering from Le CNAM. Najib has more than 12 years of international experience within the façade industry, out of which he has served 5 years as a Technical and Structural Manager.

Najib has attained extensive knowledge on façade and construction industry in the region. His key expertise includes structural design, acoustic and building energy performance.
